The Psalmist cries out to God for him to be his strong rock, his castle. He seeks God’s protection from his enemies. We, too, seek God to be our strong rock or our castle today. We want him to protect us from the evil in this world, to keep us and our families and loved ones safe. We pray to him, knowing that he answers.
